Libuše: BM-21 MT 4×4 Rocket Launcher for Ukraine
Meet Libuše, my friends. Princess Libuše once foretold the future from Vyšehrad. Our Libuše foretells the future for Russian ammunition depots, for example. We see a vast realm whose flames shall touch the stars :-).
Technically, it is called a Multiple Launch Rocket System (MLRS). We laypeople just call it a rocket launcher. It features forty barrels mounted on a Tatra truck, capable of firing forty rockets in less than half a minute at a target up to twenty kilometers away (or up to forty with extended-range rockets). And it is entirely Czech-made.
What Libuše Can Do
- 40 barrels, 40 rockets in a single salvo. The firing interval is adjustable — it can discharge the entire salvo in 18 to 32 seconds.
- Each rocket weighs 66 kg, including an 18.4 kg warhead containing 6.4 kg of explosive.
- Firing range from 2 to 20.4 kilometers. At maximum range, the rocket flies for 77 seconds. The system is also designed to accommodate ammunition with a range of up to 40 kilometers.
- A single rocket covers 3,000 m². A full salvo peppers an area of three hectares and poses a threat across up to seventy hectares. That’s nearly one hundred football fields.
- Reaches firing position in under 60 seconds, including targeting and receiving target coordinates. It fires its salvo and departs just 40 seconds later. This is known as "shoot-and-scoot" — and it is the only way an artillery crew stays alive in this war.
- Capable of firing blind. The LYRA-7 inertial navigation system determines position and azimuth even where Russian jammers completely block GPS. The crew doesn't need a satellite to know where they are and where they're aiming.
- Can fire from cover. Firing can be triggered remotely up to 60 meters from the vehicle. The crew doesn't have to sit in the cabin at the moment of launch.
- Four backup aiming modes in case of failure — all the way down to a handwheel and a classic panoramic sight. Libuše won't stop even if its electronics fail.
Libuše was configured precisely to the specifications of the unit that will operate it. A special unit of Ukrainian military intelligence is already eagerly looking forward to receiving the vehicle.
And the Tatra Truck
A Tatra T815-7 4×4 chassis with an armored cabin for a three-person crew. With a combat weight of 16.3 tons, it travels at 90 km/h on paved roads even fully loaded with ammunition, can ford 1.2 meters of water, and the driver can inflate tire pressure directly from the cabin while driving. Where tracked vehicles get stuck or break down due to a lack of spare parts, this Libuše simply keeps going. The package also includes a 1:1 logistical spare parts and tool set so the crew can handle repairs directly in the field.
Why This Weapon?
Russian infantry and equipment hide in tree lines and trenches, ammunition depots are moved further back from the front line, and assault groups gather before advancing. A precision drone hits a single target. Libuše transforms an entire staging area 20 kilometers away into a place you don't want to be. It’s not a weapon that kills individuals — it’s a weapon that disrupts entire battle plans.
We will pay €1,446,000 for Libuše. The individual components are already manufactured and will begin assembly in the factory in a few weeks.
Send Princess Libuše to foretell the future in the East with us. Thank you.

100% of the money goes to Ukraine
Your donations are used in full for the purpose stated in the campaigns.
Buy a t-shirt, support us
The costs associated with the campaigns are financed from t-shirt sales.
The gift for Putin was initiated in 2022 as a project to support the defense of Ukraine. In 2023, we became an independent non-profit organization. Supporting Ukraine’s defense, we collaborated with the Embassy of Ukraine in Prague to send equipment worth over 1 billion CZK, and we will continue doing so until Ukraine is free and safe again.
How is this legal?
The Czech Republic (where our fund was established) is one of the few countries where it is not only legal, but explicitly supported by law, for non-profit organizations to raise funds for weapons and military supplies for the Ukrainian army.
How do I get confirmation of my donation?
Select any campaign and if you leave the “I need a donation receipt” option checked, a form will automatically appear where you can enter all the necessary information. Once you complete the payment, the confirmation will be sent to your email automatically. For card payments it’s immediate, for bank transfers it may take a few days.
What about the e‑shop?
From the e‑shop profit (about two thirds of the price) we will pay production, storage and distribution; part of the proceeds will be used to run the fund and the remainder will be invested in weapons for the Ukrainian army.
Will you really buy the exact thing I'm funding?
Yes, that is correct. When you contribute to a specific campaign—like Tomáš the Tank or the Viktor air defense system—your funds are used solely for that specific purpose. Although we occasionally purchase equipment while fundraising is still ongoing, it typically happens once the campaign finishes.
The time between the campaign's conclusion and delivery to Ukraine can vary from days to months. The defense industry is complicated, but we keep everyone informed about the entire process on Twitter and through media outlets.
